compte steam avec hl2 et cs.s

je vien de reeinstaler half life 2 et counter source mais lorsque je me connecte a mon compte et que je veux lancer un des deux jeux il me dit d acheter le produiit ,or je l ai acheter ...je verifie en demandant un email ,il me reponde bien que mon compte a ete fait avec ma clé cd mais il me dise que y a des erreurs...ceux qui son fortish en anglais pourrait t il m aider?
