    Bonjour à tous,

    Certains ont déjà lu mes messages pour des offres d'emploi sur Luxembourg. Je vais prochainement rejoindre un cabinet de recrutement dans lequel nous allons probablement nous axé sur les profils juniors et freelance.
    Encore en cours de négociation je ne peux vous donner le nom mais j'ai déjà reçu quelques postes qui pourraient en intéresser certains. Voici donc :

    Your Mission:
    Help desk 1st line support: Working as part of a dynamic team you will initially be providing 1st line user support to the user environment as well as continual monitoring of systems. Working along side the existing IT team you will be responsible for call handling, resolution, escalation & follow up on outstanding incidents. This is a challenging position within a new environment. The right candidate will have the capabilities to move fast & enhance their technical & personal skills. You will be providing support for an International business expanding globally, so English, Dutch and French are mandatory. All incidents will be logged using a utility tool call Omnitracker & you will be required when asked to provide statistical reports.

    Your technical skills:
    - The candidate should have more than one year experience in a helpdesk / support environment
    - Understand the basic parts of a PC and related peripherals
    - MS Office, Outlook & related applications
    - Expertise in windows 2000, XP and Vista
    - IBM AS/400 support an advantage
    - Network skills

    - Fluent in Dutch, English and French
    - Good knowledge in German and/or Luxembourgish is an advantage

    Your human skills:
    - Have excellent communication skills, oral and written
    - Have excellent human contact with final users
    - Be able to follow up on incidents & to set priorities
    - Be professional, responsible, volunteer and autonomous
    - Be service minded and result oriented
    - Like to work in a team
    - Flexibility in working hours & shift rotation (6h-14h, 14h-22h)
    - Be willing to learn & develop quickly
    - Be dynamic
