Hello all,

J'ai ouvert un compte instagram récemment ou j'ai mis quelques photos de drone pour voir comment l'app fonctionnait. Surprise quelques semaines plus tard je retrouve certaines de ces photos en couverture d'une page facebook et dans ses albums.

La page ne site évidement pas l'auteur....

Est-ce que n'importe qui à le droit d'utiliser vos photos insta comme ça ?

En vrai ça ne me dérange pas trop, mais qu'ils aient au moins la décence de citer d'ou viennent les photos :oops:

Bah mets ton compte en privé ? Seuls tes amis pourront voir tes photos, ça limite déjà le nombre de personnes qui pourraient te chiper tes photos :)

Premier mp a la page, soit tu cites l'auteur de la photo soit tu la vires, si pas de mouvement signalement de la page ...

Comme cela est indiqué au sein des Conditions Générales d’Utilisation (CGU) d’Instagram, vous demeurez propriétaire des droits d’auteur sur la photographie ou la vidéo que vous postez sur le réseau.

En principe, les tiers ne peuvent donc pas reproduire sur d’autres supports les photographies que vous avez mises en ligne sur Instagram, elles sont votre propriété.
