y'a des dizaines de jeux fait par des fans sur mario, sonic, etc, ca a jamais posé de probleme.

Super Mario Bros X 1.3 is fan made game for Windows and is free. It used to be downloadable from supermariobrothers.org/smbx, but apparently Nintendo sued them, so they had to shut the site down. Just Google it, and you should find download links.
