J'ai été dans le même cas et tu es à la mercie de la société.

J'ai essayé le Centre des consommateurs européens et ils ont refusé de m'aider car la société n'avait pas son siège en Europe...

Idem pour le SPF Economie.

Courage car ce n'est pas cool comme situation. Pour ma part, le mieux que j'ai pu obtenir est de réutiliser mon billet et je l'ai fait en Novembre. Soit 2 ans et demi plus tard.
