Fichier .car

Voilà ma copine m'a envoyer ce fichier car elle voudrait l'ouvrir mais elle trouve pas le programme pour et moi non plus :s...
Est ce que quelqu'un serait le type de logiciel qu'il faut pour ouvrir ce fichier ?

Tu ne saurais pas préciser d'où vous avez eu le fichier?
