    Your Function :

    Working as part of a dynamic team you will be providing 1st or 2nd line user support.
    You will be responsible for call handling & analyze, resolution, escalation & follow up on
    outstanding incidents & problems.
    This is a challenging position for candidates with the capabilities to move fast & enhance their
    technical & personal skills to progress to on-site support level (and further to more expert level
    support like server, EndPoint Management, …).).

    Your Profile :

    You should:
    - Understand the basic parts of a PC and related peripherals in Microsoft World
    - Have a good knowledge of common IT tools used by end-users
    - Have experience in a Servicedesk / support environment or a bachelor degree in IT
    - Have a good knowledge of English, Dutch and French (German is an advantage)
    - Have excellent communication skills, oral and written
    - Enjoy human contact & Enjoy working within a team
    - Be able to follow up on incidents & to set priorities
    - Be flexible & willing to adjust to different client environments
    - Be service minded and result oriented
    - Be ITIL oriented
    - Be stress resistant
    - Be Dynamic
