Je cherche pour renforcer mon département IT un(e) profil Junior dynamique, sociable et avec bonne présentation, car en liaison directe avec l'utilisateur.

Le cadre de travail est une multinationale , mais encore à taille humaine, avec de nombreuses technologies niveau informatique et une certaine liberté d'action et d’apprentissage, un excellent tremplin donc pour ceux qui débutent dans ce métier, mais avec de solides bases.

Function
As IT support specialist, you intervene as first and second level support under the supervision of the IT manager and the coordinator.


In this perspective, you provide global help to our worldwide subsidiaries.
Your main tasks include :

• Answer the phone, solve or log the various issues and requests coming trough both the mail system and the phone.
• Ensure the daily check up as well as the follow up of tickets and pending issues in the IT management system.
• Monitor the state of the infrastructure and take the appropriate action if necessary.
• Ensure the deployment of new hardware as well as the follow up of the existing assets.
• Write or verify both front and back office IT procedures to keep them up to date

Profile

• You have Technical training in IT & networks and are passionate about IT
• You have experience in a similar function or are strongly motivated to learn and invest yourself in the position .
• You have good basic IT knowledge: hardware, networking, telecom, windows, active directory.
• You have a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
• You have a problem solving mind .
• You are client oriented and have a great sense of service.
• You are organized and rigorous.
• You have good organizational skills and the ability to take initiative.
• You can be autonomous while working in a small team.
• You have impeccable written and spoken communication skills.
• You have good relationship skills and can adapt to your interlocutor.
